• I have had the great opportunity to work with Jared twice now—once representing me as a buyer and once as a seller. He recently managed my very complicated sale with grace and composure. He was extremely empathetic and helpful when I needed it most. He’s not just an everyday agent—he’s an extraordinary person who happens to be an agent. He follows up, crosses all the t’s and makes sure his clients are 110% satisfied!

• My process was anything but traditional and Jared was willing to take on my (almost improbable) ideas. He stayed consistent and forthcoming. Communication was great and he was realistic with expectations, which helped keep my starry eyes somewhat out of the clouds. I came in ready with a preapproval and it was an interesting process selling and buying in tandem. He has great connections for movers, contractors, and miscellaneous services. I’m really glad I found him through social media. I will be keeping his contact for future referrals and looking forward to watching his portfolio grow! I learned a lot this time around buying a home and I’m glad I was with such a patient and creative agent.

• First-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Jared was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. He respected my busy schedule and still took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I understood each step and the potential impacts of every decision. I was even out of town and he made sure to check in and make sure we stayed on track to closing. The great customer service didn’t stop there, after I had moved into my home, Jared continued to be available to answer my questions and provide support! • Jared is your guy for your home purchasing experience. He is very detailed and goes above and beyond getting you connected to the right people, he is your guy. He is very knowledgeable on the area and is always exploring to get you the best deals! He is very communicative & listens to you on what you want. • We worked with Jared for about 10 months to find a new home for us. We were not the easiest clients, only in that we knew what we wanted, but then we didn't, because once we were exposed to the many homes out there, we got lost a bit. But Jared was extremely instrumental in this home buying process. (1) He gave us time, room, and words of encouragement to fully explore what would be the best home for us, without pressure or urgency. We easily saw around 50 homes with Jared, and many return trips to ones we thought was the one. Again, and again, Jared was super kind and patient about the process. (2) When we finally found the "perfect home", he did the next best thing -- he truly represented our interests, advocated for our best outcome, and thought through what would be most beneficial for us. And (3) he is just a genuine nice person who gets excited about homes and finding the best place for his clients -- so fun to just hang with him; sometimes it felt like just visiting homes with a friend. I still can't believe we literally found the "perfect" home and at a price that still floors us. On top of that, he was able to negotiate a good deal price and final package too! You get it all with Jared! Thank goodness we found him!
